We use a premium type of Uji matcha (green tea) from Japan to achieve the best balance between the matcha and azuki bean filling. Ujikintoki is a traditional Japanese dessert which started off as a shaved ice flavor. Imuraya made it into a bar form so people could enjoy it on the go.
